Pineapple Casserole

3 can (15oz)     pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup              sugar
8     tablespoons self-rising flour
3/4 stick    melted butter or margarine
2  cup         grated cheddar cheese
1     sleeve of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1.  Spray or grease a 2 quart casserole dish
2.  In a large bowl, mix together sugar and flour
3.  Add drained pineapple and half of cheese
4.  Stir together
5.  pour into dish
6.  Sprinkle remaining cheese over mixture
7.  Cover with cracker crumbs
8.  Spoon melted butter over top
9.  Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes until crumbs are lightly brown
