 Parmesan Potatoes


1/4 cup             butter (or margarine)
1/2 cup             grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup             chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup             chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon  seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon  pepper
1/4 teaspoon  garlic powder
3  large            baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (about 2 lbs)
Prep Time: 12 minutes    Cooking Time:13 minutes    Serves: 4
1.  Place butter in a 2-quart baking dish, microwave on high for 30 seconds or until butter melts.
2.  Stir in Parmesan cheese and next 5 ingredients.
3.  Add sliced potatoes, toss gently to coat.
4.  Cover baking dish tightly with heavy duty plastic wrap; fold back a small edge to allow steam to escape.
5.  Microwave potatoes on high 13-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring at 5-minute intervals.
6.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top, serve
