 Mini Meat Loaves

 
Ingredients:

2  large              eggs, lightly beaten
1  medium         onion, chopped
2  lbs                   ground beef
3/4 cup               quick cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup               ketchup
1/4 cup               milk
1 tablespoon    prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon        salt
1/4 teaspoon     pepper
1/2 cup               ketchup
3 tablespoons  brown sugar
1 tablespoon    prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons     prepared mustard
Prep Time: 15 minutes    Cooking Time:45 minutes    Serves: 8
Directions:
1.  Combine first nine ingredients; shape mixture into 8 mini-loaves
2.  Place loaves on a lightly greased rack of a boiler pan.
3.  Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
4.  Combine 1/2 ketchup and remaining 3 ingredients.
5.  Remove pan from oven; pour ketchup mixture over mini-meat loaves.
6. Bake 5 additional minutes
