Standing Indian Campground
One of our favorites! Located in the mountains of western North Carolina Standing Indian is great! The upper Nantahala River runs through the campground.We have camped in the group, individual and wilderness away from the campground. The Applachain Trail circles nearby with lots of connecting trails. Great day hikes, Whitewater is also nearby; Nantahala Outdoor Center! Tubing at Deep Creek!
